I studied International Tourism & Hospitality in college. After working at hotels and being behind the scenes of so many events I have learned how to overcome any obstacle you could imagine. I’ll problem-solve on your behalf and work to bring your vision to life. When it comes to logistics, I will guarantee no detail is missed.
When I'm not working I am with my family, relaxing at the spa, or reading a book. I love fine dining and getting dressed up. I try to stay active by doing pilates and dancing. My favorite movies are "My Best Friend Wedding" and "Bride Wars" surprise surprise! I love a vacation on just about any caribbean island.
It begins with a phone call to determine if we are a good fit. This step is important because I only take on a limit number of weddings per year so each couple gets the attention they deserve. Also, in order for me to do my best work we need to like each other! Despite what movies portray wedding planning is suppose to be fun.
Once you choose me and I choose you back I will be by your side guiding you to the best vendors in the industry. Our first planning meeting I will break down the budget and go over venue options. We will then tour your top three venues together. Every month we will meet to review what's next on the wedding checklist. I have found that doing monthly task is less overwhelming for my busy clients.
When the time comes to design, I will create vision board that reflects your love story, culture, and personality. Once approved I will work with florist and rental team to bring your vision to life. A month before the wedding I will create a wedding timeline which will be sent out to your vendors to make sure we are all on same page.
On the day of the wedding, I will be there to oversee every detail. My team and I will arrive while your getting glammed up and remain until everything has been packed up at the end of night. As the primary contact, we'll oversee all the moving parts and keep everyone on schedule. Your only job is to get married and have fun!
