THE EXPERIENCE
The experience begins with a phone call to make sure we’re the right fit for one another. This step matters I take on a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives the attention, care, and creativity they deserve. And because wedding planning should be fun (despite what the movies say), it’s important that we genuinely enjoy working together.
Once we choose each other, I’m by your side. I’ll guide you to the best vendors in the industry and walk you through every major decision with confidence. During our first planning meeting, we’ll break down your budget and explore venue options. Then we’ll tour your top three venues together. From there, we’ll meet monthly to go over your personalized checklist small, manageable tasks that keep the process stress-free and organized for even the busiest clients.
When it’s time to design, I’ll create a custom vision board that reflects your love story, culture, and personality. Once approved, I collaborate directly with florists and rental teams to bring your vision to life. A month before the wedding, I create your detailed timeline and send it to all vendors to ensure every partner is aligned.
On the wedding day, my team and I are the first to arrive and the last to leave. While you’re getting glammed up, we’re managing every moving part, staying in communication with vendors, and ensuring everything and everyone stay on schedule. We handle the details, the logistics, and the unexpected. Your only job? To be fully present, get married, and enjoy every moment.
